OOPSpam Anti-Spam

OOPSpam is a widely-used anti-spam plugin for WordPress that helps protect forms from bot submissions. Fortunately, CheckView is fully compatible with OOPSpam in most cases. When using OOPSpam with its default settings, CheckView’s automated tests should run without interference. IOOPSpam does not typially block CheckView bot submissions by default and no special configuration is typically required to begin testing.

If you experience issues where CheckView test submissions are being blocked or marked as spam, OOPSpam provides an easy way to allowlist our test email addresses.

How to Whitelist CheckView in OOPSpam:

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Navigate to OOPSpam Anti-Spam> Settings.
  3. Click on the manual moderation tab
  4. Find the Allowed email list
  5. Add the following: *@checkview.io
  6. Click Save Changes

This will ensure that CheckView test submissions are never blocked by OOPSpam’s filtering.
