Commissions become payable 30 days after the sale they relate to, which covers refunds and chargebacks, and are paid in the next monthly payout on the 1st. Your balance needs to reach $10 USD before a payout is sent; smaller balances roll over to the next month.

If a customer requests a refund, the associated commission will be voided if unpaid. If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from your future payouts. If no future commissions exist, your balance may be negative until new earnings cover the amount.

Once you are approved into the program, you will be given access to our affiliate portal where you can find an affiliate link to track and earn credit for your referrals.

Yes. Your affiliate portal shows your clicks, referrals, commissions and payouts as they happen.

Yes, as long as the customer signs up within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link. Our tracking system uses cookies to attribute the sale to you within this timeframe. If the customer clears cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be credited.

Yes, affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices. You cannot use misleading claims, spam, unauthorized discounts, or impersonate CheckView. Bidding on CheckView-related terms in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads) is prohibited without approval. Promotions must comply with FTC, GDPR, and other applicable regulations, including clear affiliate disclosures.

Yes. The affiliate portal has CheckView logos, product screenshots, brand colors, talking points and the best pages to link to. If you need something custom, email [email protected] and we will help.

Yes, affiliates can use CheckView’s logo and branding in their promotions, but modifications or misleading representations are not allowed, and nothing may imply an official partnership or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship. If unsure, contact us for approval.

Violating the affiliate terms may result in warnings, commission forfeiture, suspension, or termination of your affiliate account, depending on the severity of the violation. Serious offenses, such as fraud, misleading promotions, or policy breaches, may lead to immediate termination and the loss of unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
