  4. Modify the default test data for each variable as needed.
CheckView’s global variable test data is divided into two sections: Forms and Woo. – Forms: This section contains test data used by CheckView for form plugins such as Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, etc. – Woo: This section contains test data used by WooCommerce for checkout. Modify the default test data for each variable as needed.
  5. Editing Form Fields
The Short Paragraph variable field is particularly important because CheckView bots use it to fill in any form fields they cannot automatically detect, making it a catch-all field rather than a specific one. Similarly, fields like First Name and Last Name work in a flexible manner, where CheckView may combine these test data fields if the form being tested has only a single Name field. 6. Editing Woo Fields
Note that these billing details are not verified by any payment gateway, as the test payment gateways will accept any billing details. Additionally, selecting a country where you do not sell in WooCommerce will cause the test to fail, as users cannot choose that billing country. Similarly, selecting a country where you do not allow shipping or where no shipping methods are set up in WooCommerce will also cause the test to fail. Furthermore, if you have any address validation plugins, please ensure you use a real address so the validation passes and the test does not fail. Editing Woo Fields

Note that editing these global test fields will not retroactively affect any existing test flows. These defaults are applied only when creating a new test flow and can still be customized for each test flow in the future. Click on Save Changes
