CheckView offers a range of pricing plans, which you can view on our Pricing & Plans page. These plans vary based on several key features along with the the number of test runs allowed per month, how long test history is stored and the number of organization members.
A test run is a single execution of a test, regardless of how it was initiated, whether manually through the app, API, or a scheduled trigger. Each test run is limited to a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
An organization in CheckView is a collective space where your tests are stored and can be accessed by multiple user accounts. Typically, an organization corresponds to a business entity, with employees joining as members. However, you can set up and use organizations in a way that best suits your needs.
You can upgrade your plan anytime through the CheckView app at app.checkview.io. If you upgrade a plan during your billing period, the amount charged will be prorated. If you downgrade your plan, the plan and associated pricing will begin once the current billing period is over. For custom plans, please get in touch with us. If you decide to cancel your paid plan, you can do so easily from within your CheckView account. Your websites and test flow data will remain intact, but previous test history will be removed. You can reactivate your account whenever you choose.
