CheckView’s automated testing platform requires uninterrupted access to your WordPress site. To prevent security plugins from blocking our test bots, we attempt to whitelist our IPs automatically where possible. However, in some cases, manual intervention may be required to ensure successful test execution.
CheckView attempts to automatically whitelist itself in:
If CheckView is unable to whitelist its IPs automatically or your security plugin or web access firewall isn’t supported, you may need to manually add them using the instructions below.
1. Whitelisting CheckView in WordFence
If CheckView tests are being blocked, manually whitelist our IPs in WordFence:
1. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Navigate to WordFence → Firewall.
3. Click All Firewall Options.
4. Scroll down to the Allowlisted IP addresses section.
5. Add the CheckView IPs in this link.
6. Click Save Changes.
2. Whitelisting CheckView in All in One Security
If CheckView tests fail or forms are not loading properly, manually whitelist our IPs in All in One Security:
1. Go to All in One Security → Firewall.
2. Select the Whitelist IP Addresses tab.
3. Add the CheckView IPs in this link.
4. Click Save Settings.
3. Bypassing Platform Filters in SolidWP Security
SolidWP (formerly iThemes Security) may block CheckView’s automated tests. To bypass this:
1. Go to SolidWP Security → Settings.
2. Under Security Logs or Lockouts, look for any logs related to CheckView.
3. Add an exception rule for our IPs in this link.
4. Bypassing Platform Filters in Defender Pro
Defender Pro may flag CheckView’s automated tests. To prevent blocking:
1. Go to Defender Pro → Firewall.
2. Click IP Blocking → Whitelist.
3. Add the CheckView IPs in this link.
4. Save changes and test your CheckView automation.
