Whitelisting CheckView IPs and Bypassing Security Plugin Blocks

CheckView’s automated testing platform requires uninterrupted access to your WordPress site. To prevent security plugins from blocking our test bots, we attempt to whitelist our IPs automatically where possible. However, in some cases, manual intervention may be required to ensure successful test execution.

Automatic Whitelisting

CheckView attempts to automatically whitelist itself in:

  • WordFence (Whitelisted SaaS IP)
  • All in One Security (Whitelisted SaaS IP)
  • SolidWP Security (Platform Filter Bypass)
  • Defender Pro (Platform Filter Bypass)

If CheckView is unable to whitelist its IPs automatically or your security plugin or web access firewall isn’t supported, you may need to manually add them using the instructions below.

Manual Whitelisting Instructions

5. Save changes and test your CheckView automation.

Additional Troubleshooting

If CheckView continues to be blocked despite following the above steps:

  • Check your security plugin’s logs to see if CheckView’s User-Agent (CheckView) is flagged. If so, manually whitelist it in the plugin settings.
  • Some hosting providers apply additional firewall rules, contact your host if issues persist.
  • Reach out to our support team for assistance with debugging test failures related to security blocks.
