May 2026 Platform Updates

Last month we shared a Coming Soon list. This month, we shipped all of it and then kept going. May was our biggest coverage release yet, CheckView now tests more of your forms (including with your AI of choice), gives you control over how integrations behave during tests, and runs more reliably across modern WordPress sites. Here’s what’s new.

File Upload Testing

Forms with common file upload formats are now testable. CheckView automatically detects upload fields, picks a sample file that matches what the field accepts, image, PDF, or document, uploads it, and verifies it actually went through. It even reads allowed-file-type rules and handles multi-file (drag-and-drop) uploads, so job applications, RFQs, and support forms test for real instead of silently passing.

Control Whether Integrations Run

The Disable Form Integrations During Tests setting lets you decide what happens when a test submits a form or places an order. Leave it off and your real integrations run: Mailchimp, Shippo, Zapier, webhooks, CRM feeds, etc. all fire, so you can verify your entire pipeline end to end. Turn it on and CheckView suppresses those integrations for test submissions and orders only, keeping fake data out of your connected services. It now works consistently across all major form plugins and WooCommerce checkout, and you can set it per test flow or org-wide.

Better International Checkout Support

CheckView now tests WooCommerce stores selling to customers in all 249 countries, with full support for WooCommerce’s newer block-based checkout and Stripe payment fields. Non-US stores and modern checkouts that previously failed test setup now run end to end when configured properly ahead of time.

CheckView in Your AI Coding Assistant

Our new MCP server package connects CheckView directly to AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Cursor. Once it’s set up, your team can plan and run tests, create and edit test flows, and diagnose failures using plain language, all without leaving the AI chat environment you already work in. Ask your assistant to spin up a test for a form, kick off a checkout run, or dig into why a step failed, and CheckView does the work behind the scenes.

Coming Soon

  • Optionally deliver test emails to real recipients, allowing you to notify customers that their forms are being routinely tested.
  • Build (and rebuild) custom test flows with AI instructions

We always welcome your ideas and feedback. Reach out anytime to start testing!
