Test includes a blank video recording


This issue is typically due to your website hosting not loading properly. The video itself isn’t actually blank; rather, a white screen appears because your website isn’t loading as expected. We recommend reaching out to your web host to ensure the site is fully operational and loading responsively.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check if your hosting provider is blocking CheckView’s IP addresses – see Whitelisting CheckView IPs.
  2. Verify the site loads correctly outside of CheckView by visiting the URL in a regular browser.
  3. Check if any security plugins are blocking automated browsers – see Blocker Detection.
  4. If the issue persists, contact your web host to verify their server is responding to automated browser requests.
